April 2022 – The Planning Commission is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants to develop a comprehensive Vision Plan for the redevelopment of the Fowler Avenue Corridor. Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa requested Planning Commission staff coordinate a visioning study for Fowler Avenue. The Corridor traverses through both County and City jurisdictional boundaries, each subject to their respective regulations, resulting in inconsistent development patterns. The deadline for the electronic submittal of proposals is 5 pm on May 16, 2022.
