Planning Commission continues Commercial-Locational Criteria Study

restaurantAugust 2022 – At the August 8 Public Hearing, the Planning Commission took action to continue HC/CPA 22-01 Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment for the Commercial-Locational Criteria Study. The purpose of the continuance is to allow for additional stakeholder input and refinement of the proposed amendment text.

This will be a hybrid meeting with an in-person component in the Plan Hillsborough Room at County Center (601 E Kennedy Boulevard, 18th Floor, Tampa, FL, 33602).
