September 2019 – On June 5, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a resolution to adopt an amended fee schedule for the Planning Commission at 100% of the cost of service, effective January 1, 2020, with fee reviews occurring every three years. The new fee schedule applies only to projects in Unincorporated Hillsborough County. Revisions to the fee schedule will allow greater recovery of costs associated with the services provided by the Planning Commission and the associated review by County Administrator Departments.
