Tri-county rideshare service to be reinstated with state grant

handicapped signJuly 2022 – The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) will receive $1 million from the Florida Commission for Transportation Disadvantaged to launch a tri-county rideshare service for transportation disadvantaged individuals.

The PSTA won the award with support from the Hillsborough TPO and Pasco County MPO. With the award, the PSTA will establish the once discontinued service, providing door-to-door trips between Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties.
