April 2022 – Following citizen engagement design charrettes for HART’s TOD Study recently held in Tampa Heights, our panel will share what the community had to say and what ideas emerged that will shape recommendations for the entire TOD corridor. Panelists from the project team include study consultant Steve Schukraft, HDR, Inc., Stephen Benson, City of Tampa, and Jay Collins, Planning Commission.
