The Planning Commission approved a contract with Dover Kohl & Associates and Spikowski Planning Associates for the review of mixed use and commercial policies as part of the Comprehensive Plan updates for Plant City, the City of Tampa, the City of Temple Terrace and Unincorporated Hillsborough County.
